87 employees of the Forest Service in the Kyrgyz Republic are studying new taxation and public procurement rules, considering the specifics of forestry activities.
In 2022, new editions of the Tax Code and the Law on Public Procurement came into force in Kyrgyzstan. These changes do not take into account the specifics of forestry activities. With the support of our programme’s consultants, instructions are being developed on the correct implementation of procedures and on the correct taxation of state forest fund plots (SFF) granted for temporary use.
