On February 2020 Mr. Bahodur Sheralizoda was appointed as the new Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Mr. Sheralizoda has a professional experience with various development partners and donors. In 2015-2018 he was acting as the Advisor of the GIZ Climate Finance Readiness Programme in Tajikistan. The previous Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection, Mr. Davlatshoh Gulmahmadozda was appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan.
